If a transaction fails, the refunded amount will be credited back to your wallet. You may use the credited amount to retry the transaction.

Refunds are processed immediately upon transaction failure. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the amount to reflect in your wallet.

The refund amount will be automatically credited to your wallet balance, and you can use it to retry the transaction at your convenience.

After receiving the refund, you can initiate a new transaction using the credited amount without additional charges.

Refunds will not be provided in cases of incorrect transaction details, fraudulent activity, or if the service has been successfully delivered.

If you believe a refund was unfairly denied, you may contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction failure.

We reserve the right to investigate and deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our services.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the changes.
